What's in it for you? A connection, some challenges, a few questions to encourage you to simply reflect about how you currently live your life versus how you want to live your life. Feel free to share your thoughts with me; I'd love to hear from you. This is an invitation to focus on where you'd like to change and grow. IN THIS ISSUE: 1. There are very few influences in life that leave your energy intact. Almost every experience -- be it with people, places or things -- either energizes you or zaps you. We all know individuals who inspire us as well as those who drain us. Even a few minutes with the right or wrong person can drastically change our attitude and energy. If after being out all day you come home to your sanctuary, it feels great and yes, energizing. If the first thing you notice upon your return home is peeling paint, you can easily get turned off - regardless of whatever else greets you. Everyone has their own triggers. That weed in the garden can act as a delicious invitation for someone to spend an hour or two nurturing nature. For others it can be an "oh, no!: - I just need to relax, not bend and dig and yank!" So what is draining you? This month I invite you to take this opportunity to pick one zapper of your energy and take control to change it. Again, start small, set a time frame and go for it.
